The envelope that keeps the weather outside
Siding replacement, soffit and fascia, and seamless gutters — installed with the housewrap and flashing details that make the difference.
Siding is not decoration. It is the outer layer of a system whose whole job is moving water down and away from your house. When it fails, you usually do not find out until the sheathing behind it is soft.
What goes on under the siding matters more than the siding itself: housewrap lapped in the right direction, windows flashed and taped, and kickout flashing anywhere a roof edge meets a wall. Skip those and the best siding on the market will still let water in.
We handle the whole envelope together — siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters — so there are no seams in the responsibility.
Housewrap lapped correctly, windows flashed and sealed, kickout flashing installed. Most siding failures are really flashing failures.
Fiber cement and LP SmartSide handle our hail and temperature swings far better than most vinyl. We will show you real samples and honest pricing on each.
Formed on site to the exact run, hung with hidden hangers, and sized to actually carry the water your roof sheds in a hard Nebraska rain.
When the old siding comes off we show you what is underneath before we cover it back up. Nothing gets buried.

Fiber cement handles hail and temperature swings better than most options, though it costs more up front. LP SmartSide is a solid middle ground. Vinyl is the budget choice and there are good versions of it. We will price whichever you want honestly.

Most remodels touch more than one of these. Bundling them into one project is almost always cheaper than doing them a year apart.
