For the past 9 years I've helped homeowners throughout Omaha transform their homes with quality remodeling and attention to detail. When you call Dad Construction, you're working directly with me — not a salesperson or a large corporate office.
I'm the one who walks your house, writes your estimate, and stands in your kitchen while the work is happening. If something isn't right, you tell me and I fix it. There's nobody to pass it along to.
I treat every project like it's my own home. That's not a slogan — it just turns out to be the only way I know how to do this work.

Six steps, no surprises
The most common complaint homeowners have about contractors is not the work — it's not knowing what is happening. Here is exactly how a project with us runs.

The first conversation
You call or send the form. Dave calls you back — usually the same day — and asks enough questions to know whether we are the right fit before anybody drives anywhere.

Walking the space
We come out, look at what you have, and talk through what you want. We measure, take photos, and point out the things that are going to matter that you might not be thinking about yet.
On site within a few days

A written, itemized estimate
Not a number scrawled on the back of a card. A line-item estimate showing labor, materials, and allowances so you can see exactly where the money goes and where you could adjust.

Selections and scheduling
We help you nail down cabinets, tile, flooring, and fixtures, then order the long-lead items before we start so the job does not stall halfway through waiting on a box.

Containment goes up, work starts, and you get a straight answer any day you ask what is happening and what is next. We clean up at the end of every day.
